Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate of $9.00 per order.
Need it faster? We also offer UPS Expedited Shipping at checkout:
- 2-Day Delivery: $15–$30 (varies by location)
- Overnight Delivery: $25–$40 (varies by location)
Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Newport Knits sweater. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear
How to Start a Return
Email us at order@newportknits.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
All other returns (size, preference, etc.): We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund total.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to help with an exchange — and exchanges ship free. Email us at order@newportknits.com and we'll get you set up.
Final Sale & Custom Orders
Custom orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
